Growing food manufacturer opening a brand new facility in Atlanta, GA near Fulton Industrial,  is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by maintaining and repairing equipment across the facility.

$34.00 - $40.00/hour | 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do 

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs
• Maintain and repair food production equipment, including sheeting machines, industrial ovens, and fryers
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing or food processing environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• PLC experience required; programming experience preferred
• Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) preferred
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment
