The Role

As a Crime Prevention Officer, you will:

  • Deliver interventions primarily on-site, using the Personal Development curriculum, with occasional off-site sessions where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with staff, external agencies, and families to support students in making positive choices and re-engaging with education.

We are seeking a highly skilled youth worker with:

  • Proven experience engaging young people with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and the ability to remain calm and solution-focused.

  • Full support and ongoing training.
