The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within a fast-paced construction environment. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.

* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to a professional standard.

* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

* Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

* Minimum 6 years' experience as a PA within the construction industry (essential).

* Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management systems.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
