Anderson Knight is pleased to be recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to support and enhance the organisation's compliance framework, with a particular focus on maintaining and developing the Safety Management System in line with regulatory and ISO requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent adherence to quality, health & safety, and information security standards across the business.

The Role

Working as part of a wider compliance function, you will support both operational and strategic activities to ensure that quality management systems, audit processes, and change controls are implemented effectively and maintained in line with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Safety Management Systems: Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electronic quality and safety management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and internal procedures.

Training & Compliance Awareness: Develop and deliver training to ensure employees understand and adhere to quality, health & safety, and compliance requirements.

*

Change Management & Document Control: Assist in the administration and control of change management processes, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

*

Internal Audit Coordination: Plan, support, and monitor internal audits across business units, ensuring audit schedules are met and corrective actions are tracked to completion.

*

ISO Compliance & Reporting: Prepare documentation and analyse data for management reviews in line with ISO standards, supporting ongoing compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

*

Records & Archive Management: Maintain structured and compliant archive and document storage systems in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

*

Business Continuity & Emergency Procedures: Support the development and maintenance of business continuity plans and assist in coordinating emergency response procedures when required.

*

Risk Assessments: Assist in conducting and documenting risk assessments relating to OHSE and Information Security, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.

Inductions & HSE Training: Support employee inductions and deliver training to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

*

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including preparation of internal communications such as memos and safety notices.

*

Travel: Undertake occasional travel to support audits, inspections, and training activities.

Essential Requirements

*

Demonstrable experience working with quality management systems, internal auditing processes, and ISO standards.

*

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

*

Experience working within a compliance-driven or regulated environment.

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard administrative systems.
