Surfacing Operatives (x3) - Start (From 23rd March)

P&R Surfacing Ltd are recruiting 3 Surfacing Operatives to join our established asphalt gang on an ongoing basis from 23rd March.

We are a reputable and growing road surfacing contractor working across the South West, delivering high-quality projects for local authorities, commercial clients and private customers.

The Role

You will be working as part of a professional surfacing team assisting with all aspects of asphalt and groundwork operations.

Duties May Include:

Assisting with asphalt laying and finishing

*

Shovelling, levelling and general site labour

*

Supporting rake hands, roller drivers and paver operators

*

Setting up and clearing down sites

*

Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times

Requirements

*

Valid CSCS card (essential)

*

Previous experience in surfacing or groundwork preferred

*

Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential

*

Good attitude and strong work ethic

*

Ability to work early starts and travel to different sites

A work van may be provided for suitable candidates.
