Customer Experience Specialist - Esthetician Background

The Primally Pure team is growing We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician to serve our customers online through customized, holistic skincare support and content creation. This position will provide education and guidance around the benefits of natural, non-toxic solutions and how Primally Pure can support a safe effective skincare routine. We are seeking someone who is experienced in delivering thoughtful compassionate interactions, finding opportunities to elevate our customer's experience in positive and unexpected ways. Key Responsibilities: Engages in ongoing training from Primally Pure’s Holistic Esthetician on our products and techniques Applies knowledge when communicating with consumers online through email, social media, and blog channels, in both a content creation and customer service capacity Provides each customer with not only a timely response, but a transformational experience while always displaying exceptional follow-through Demonstrates excellent organizational skills using applicable programs to ensure that all issues are handled accordingly Uses sound judgement and problem-solving abilities in handling complex situations Supports the Primally Pure spa, as needed Additional responsibilities and special projects as deemed necessary and reasonable Qualifications: Esthetician training required, preferably with non-toxic skincare solutions, and holds a current License Previous customer service experience with examples showcasing exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving and willingness to go above and beyond Excellent written communication skills, with knowledge of grammar and sentence structure Proven ability to act as a positive and resourceful team player, managing multiple projects and short timelines effectively Experience using a variety of tools platforms to assist with productivity and organization Passion for health wellness in personal life and a desire to educate and advance the accessibility of non-toxic, natural products to more consumers, regardless of where they are in their journey Incredibly positive, open-minded and non-judgmental attitude with a willingness to be helpful to both the internal team as well as the customers we serve Proficiency in using Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets To apply, please email your resume and cover letter to with the subject line "Customer Experience Specialist - Esthetician".
