Catering Account Manager, New York City
The catering Account Manager, New York City is responsible for managing the relationships and expectations of a high level, work -place dining/corporate dining client in Manhattan. The Account Manager is responsible for onsite, hands on management of all catering services on a day to day basis. The Account Manager will meet with the Kitchen team 1-2 days per week and communicate client needs, special events, menu notes etc.
The Account Manager will administer the account by updating menus on a daily and weekly basis, update dietary notes, create buffet diagrams. The AM will train on-site kitchen staff on the day to day café operations.
The CAM works closely with the kitchen team to create well balanced employee meals, that are beautifully displayed in a creative way. The onsite Café staff reports directly to the Account Manager. The CAM is responsible for the scheduling of Café staff, café team hiring and training.
