Are you detail-driven with a sound knowledge and experience of compliance and auditing?

Datum RPO is looking for a Compliance Auditor to ensure our partner agencies meet the highest standards of audit, compliance, and legislation.

The role is based from our Stonehouse (Gloucestershire) office and offers Hybrid working.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting audits on partner agency suppliers to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
• Implementing action plans to address compliance gaps and supporting agencies to meet required standards.
• Keeping up to date with evolving legislation and ensuring recruitment processes align with regulations.
• Escalating risks and providing key insights to clients and internal teams.
• Reporting on audit results, risks, and action plans to drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of recruitment compliance and relevant legislation.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and other MS package software.
