Deputy General Manager

Barlounge are looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager to complete our management team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and you will receive a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum plus up to £8000+ per year with our Tip Jar.

Essential requirements of a successful Barlounge Deputy General Manager:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast­-paced restaurant/bar environment
- Developing and training the team to a high standard
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong passion for the industry and for guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
