The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Artus Air's growing marketing function. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created role is ideal for a data-driven, organised, and process-minded B2B marketer who thrives on making things work better - and smarter.
In this pivotal role, you will implement frameworks and lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns, events, automation workflows, and content programmes that drive engagement, brand visibility, and leads. You'll play a central role in shaping how the marketing function operates as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver multi-channel digital marketing campaigns; track performance, analyse data, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Content & Calendar Management: Support the creation and organisation of content (e.g., blogs, case studies) and manage marketing calendars (events, social, campaigns).
- Event Management: Lead the delivery of in-person and virtual events, from logistics and briefings to lead capture and follow-up.
- Lead Lifecycle & Automation: Own the end-to-end marketing automation workflow: segmentation, nurture journeys, handovers to sales, reporting, and optimisation.
What You'll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to develop and implement delivery processes
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficient in campaign data analysis and performance reporting
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator with an empathetic, collaborative approach
Desirable Tools & Skills:
- Experience with HubSpot, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Looker Studio
- Project management qualification or certifications
