They are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join their team based in Central London as a BREEAM Assessor. As a BREEAM Assessor, you will play a crucial role in supporting their sustainability initiatives and ensuring their projects meet the highest environmental standards. You will be responsible for assessing building designs and construction projects using the BREEAM certification framework, providing valuable insights and recommendations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable development while working on diverse and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities
BREEAM Assessments:
- Conduct BREEAM assessments for building designs and construction projects.
- Utilise BREEAM tools and methodologies to evaluate sustainability performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for achieving BREEAM certification.

Sustainability Strategy:
- Work closely with clients and project teams to develop and implement sustainability strategies based on BREEAM requirements.
- Provide recommendations for sustainable design and construction practices.

Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all required documentation is prepared and submitted for BREEAM certification.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BREEAM standards and regulations.
- Assist in the development of sustainability reports for projects.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable design and construction practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings and presentations.

Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality reviews of BREEAM assessments and documentation.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on BREEAM compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, sustainability, architecture).
- Accreditation as a BREEAM Assessor is essential.
- Proven experience in conducting BREEAM assessments for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BREEAM methodologies and standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
