Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller with experience in programming, setting, and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines. The ideal candidate will be confident working with Heidenhain controls and take pride in producing high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming, setting, and running CNC Mills (3, 4 & 5 axis) using Heidenhain controls

*

Deburring and finishing own work to a high standard

*

Completing process sheets and job packs for new work

*

Offline programming using Mastercam - desirable but not essential

*

Working independently as well as part of a team to meet production targets

Working Hours & Benefits:

Basic 40 hours per week (flexible hours Monday to Friday)

Overtime regularly available at £33.00 per hour (x1.5 rate)

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in CNC milling, ideally in a precision engineering environment

*

Strong understanding of Heidenhain controls

*

Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances

*

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

*

Offline programming experience with Mastercam is a bonus
