The site is a vibrant and modern workplace environment supporting a wide variety of businesses, offering excellent facilities and a strong community atmosphere.The Role:As the on-site Maintenance Operative, you'll be the go-to person for general building upkeep and reactive maintenance across the facility. You'll take pride in keeping the building running smoothly and looking its best, carrying out tasks such as:

• Basic repairs and general maintenance (painting, fixtures, minor plumbing, etc.)
• Regular checks on communal areas and offices to ensure safety and functionality
• Responding to maintenance requests from occupants and team members
• Supporting external contractors when specialist work is required
• Helping with office moves, furniture assembly, and general upkeep
