Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our clients team near Hayle, Cornwall.
As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Training and supervising housekeeping staff
- Developing and implementing cleaning procedures and standards
- Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Handling guest feedback and addressing any issues promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
