• Delivering fun, learner-centred activities
• Assisting with observations and contributing to learning journeys
• Promoting children's independence and confidence
• Ensuring the environment meets safeguarding and health & safety standards
• Being a positive and approachable role model

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• Understanding of EYFS
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
• A caring, enthusiastic approach

Advantageous experience:

• Autism or ADHD support
• One-to-one early years intervention work
• Managing or redirecting challenging behaviours
