Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to £46,433 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours
Shifts: Days only role , with rotational weekends

About the Role:
Smartcall Healthcare is proud to partner with a specialist service located in Cardiff. This service supports a very small number of people with Mental Health, Learning disabilities and Autism.

You will be working for an established, stable, and agile company with a unique approach to delivering high-quality care.

As a Deputy Ward Manager you will ensure all patients in the service receive outstanding care while also supporting your colleagues and promoting a positive team environment.

Requirements:

* A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN ) ( RNLD )

* A valid NMC registration with no restrictions

* Experience leading a team

* Previous experience working in a similar environment

* Eligibility to live and work in the UK without S P O N S O R S H I P

* Strong team-working skills

* A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
