Account Manager

Location: Middlewich
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

The Role

Due to continued business growth, we're excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a well‑established and supportive team.
This is a key position focused entirely on managing and developing existing client relationships - no cold calling required. You'll play a vital part in maximising account potential, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring clients feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop existing client accounts
Upsell products and services to enhance account value
Re-engage with lapsed customers to rebuild long-term relationships
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Produce clear, well-structured admin notes and follow-up documentation

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident, professional, and an excellent communicator
Experienced in account management or a customer-facing sales role
Skilled at building rapport and identifying opportunities
Highly organised with strong administrative abilities
Ideally experienced with CRM system
