IT Support Engineer required by my leading client based nr Nottingham

• Delivering professional and friendly IT support (in-person and remote)

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

• Installing and configuring desktops, servers, and associated software

• Maintaining and improving IT infrastructure

• Performing proactive server and desktop maintenance

• Researching and implementing new technologies

• Handling complex technical issues and escalations

• Creating support documentation and training users

• Supporting the overall IT systems' day-to-day operations

You

• Degree, further education, or equivalent hands-on experience in Computing

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Windows 11 & Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

  • Active Directory & Group Policy

  • Wired/wireless networking & TCP/IP

  • Microsoft 365 & Exchange Admin

  • Azure

  • IPVPN
