We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Qualified Electrician to join a growing electrical contractor based in Liverpool. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, company van, and excellent benefits. The position involves a wide variety of domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical work, with some projects requiring regional travel and occasional overnight stays-accommodation and expenses are fully covered.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations and maintenance, including rewires, consumer unit upgrades, lighting systems, and fault diagnosis
Perform EICR inspections, landlord safety checks, and issue electrical certification
Install and commission EV charging points, LED lighting systems, and structured cabling
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to ensure systems are safe and compliant
Adhere to all Health & Safety standards, customer service policies, and project specifications
Complete job documentation and certification accurately using company systems

Requirements

BS7671 - 18th Edition (minimum 2 years post-qualification)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (JIB Gold Card/AM2 preferred)
City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable - training can be provided)
Experience using online certification systems (e.g. EasyCert or similar)
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required (all expenses paid)
