We are currently recruiting SEN Support Workers to work across a range of specialist provisions in Chorley, supporting students with a variety of needs including autism, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Whether you're looking for bank work, ad-hoc cover, or longer-term contracts, we can offer opportunities that fit around your availability and lifestyle.

This Role is Ideal for You if:

You're considering a career change into education from support work, care, or youth services

You're a student or trainee in psychology, education, or a related field, and want hands-on experience

You're seeking part-time, flexible hours or term-time only work

You're passionate about supporting young people with additional needs

Your Responsibilities May Include:

Providing one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN

Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation

Supporting pupils in accessing the curriculum in a way that suits their individual needs

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a support, care, or youth work setting is beneficial but not essential

Compassionate, resilient, and eager to make a difference

A willingness to learn and adapt to different school environments

A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
