Are you an experienced Groundworker looking for a mobile role working across multiple civil engineering and infrastructure sites?

Are you looking for a varied position where you'll carry out hands-on groundworks, support site teams, and work across different locations for several weeks at a time, with the added benefit of a van and fuel card?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality civil engineering and water infrastructure projects across the South of England. A van and fuel card are provided to support travel between regional sites.

In this mobile, hands-on role, you will work under the direction of the Site Supervisor, carrying out a range of groundworks duties across multiple sites. This will include tasks such as trenching, pipework installation, backfilling, reinstatement, and general site preparation. You will be expected to travel between sites across Swindon, Reading, Oxford, and Dorset areas, working on projects for extended periods as required. You will also support site operations by maintaining high standards of health and safety, working efficiently as part of a small team, and contributing to the successful delivery of works on each project.

This role would suit an experienced groundworker who enjoys variety, is comfortable working away on different sites, and is looking for a stable, well-paid position with regional travel and consistent work.

The Role:

• Carrying out groundworks across multiple sites within a mobile role

• Trenching, pipework installation, backfilling, reinstatement, and general site preparation

• Working across Swindon, Reading, Oxford, and Dorset areas

• Monday - Friday, 45-hour week

The Person:

• Experienced Groundworker with a background in civil engineering or infrastructure projects

• Competent in general groundworks duties including excavation, pipe laying, and reinstatement

• Full UK driving licence (van provided)

• CSCS card
