The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join an SEMH specialist school in Brent this September. The role involves working closely with students aged 11-16 who display high levels of emotional dysregulation and behavioural needs. You'll use de-escalation techniques, support classroom learning and contribute to EHCP targets. This role is ideal for those with a background in youth work, residential care, or specialist SEMH provisions.
