On offer is a great opportunity for a 3^rd Line IT Support Engineer with 3 Years + background in IT Support to work in a growing team of IT professionals in an office environment full of knowledgeable and passionate IT specialists. With huge progression and development opportunities to develop skills on an individual needs basis.

In this role, the successful 3^rd Line IT Support Engineer will work alongside a dynamic team and oversee the 2^nd Line and 3^rd line tickets shared between yourself and the team. You should be able to deliver a timely, professional, and friendly service and have a can-do, problem-solving attitude. As the 3^rd Line IT Support, you will take ownership of complex requests, and problems that get escalated up.

This role would suit someone with experience in 3^rd Line IT support and ideally from an MSP background or similar but not essential, looking to progress their career with a highly reputable Managed Service Provider, with the chance of progressing into a Senior IT Support position.

The Role:

• Providing technical support and maintenance to support all user-based IT software and hardware
• Working incidents, problems, and complex 3^rd Line tickets
• Communicating with customers and clients and building relationships

The Person:

• Experienced in providing Second Line and 3^rd Line IT support
• Problem solver
• Travel to customer sites when needed
• Local to Hartlepool
