Salary: £20000 - £25000 / annually

Grafton Banks are delighted to be working with a local Brighton company on an Accounts Assistant position on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is looking for someone to join their team to assist in their finance department, managing different accounts, providing customer service and reporting into the Finance Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • processing invoices
  • managing the online banking - payments etc. 
  • helping with budgets - providing relevant information.
  • credit control and debt management
  • resolving any finance-related quieries
  • ad hoc finance tasks

The right candidate will ideally have previous exposure in the budget creation process, have strong IT skills and can confidentally communicate to build relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
