You will be responsible for:

Developing and executing brand strategies to drive customer engagement and market share.
Overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Planning and managing the implementation of brand marketing activities
Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
Managing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for marketing activities.

The successful candidate should have:

Proven experience within a Food or Drink FMCG Business or within the Hot Beverage space
Demonstrable analytical skills to interpret data and drive marketing strategies.
Experience in managing budgets & the P&L
A strong commercial acumen is essential
A strong understanding of consumer trends and market dynamics.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
A creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
