The Role

* Delivering exceptional teaching and assessment across Levels 1 to 5 in Health & Social Care, you'll engage learners with practical, theoretical and digital teaching methods. You will:

* Equip students with the knowledge, behaviours and skills for their future

* Develop engaging and creative teaching resources

* Set SMART targets and track learner progress

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent learner success

What you'll need:

* A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care

* A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)

* An assessor's award (or willingness to work towards)

* Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to obtain)

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* A genuine passion for teaching and empowering others
