This is a pivotal, high-impact role within a large and complex international organisation, offering visibility across senior leadership and the opportunity to shape financial strategy at a global level.Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s financial planning, management reporting, and forecasting framework, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
• Oversee cashflow forecasting and balance sheet reporting across a multi-entity, international group structure.
• Provide high-quality, commercially focused financial analysis to inform executive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with external reporting requirements and financial covenants.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance FP&A capability.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team, embedding a culture of collaboration and professional excellence across global finance.

About you

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven success in international finance environments, ideally within complex, multi-location structures.
• Strong track record of cashflow forecasting and balance sheet management.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build cross-cultural teams.
• Commercially focused, proactive, and confident influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Experienced in driving change and embedding new processes within finance functions.
