Key Responsibilities

· Dealing with customer enquiries via phone/email

· Understanding the customers needs being first point of contact for them

· Customer care for aftersales

· Provide clear updates, next steps and realistic timeframes

· Working closely with the team to resolve any issues that may happen

· Good administration skills

Experience & Skills:

· Previous customer service experience, ideally within retail or a technical environment

· Confident and professional telephone manner

· Strong communication and problem solving skills

· Good organisation skills

· comfortable handling challenging situations

· Able to work across multiple systems and processes

· Cares about customers, takes pride in fixing problems properly, and wants to be part of a team building something better.
