Job Summary

The clinic is seeking a polished, confident, and experienced Aesthetic Dermal Therapist who can deliver exceptional treatment standards and five-star customer care. The ideal candidate will have significant experience within high-end aesthetic or luxury clinic environments and be accustomed to working with VIP clientele.

This role offers the opportunity for substantial additional training, exposure to industry-leading technology, and the chance to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the aesthetics field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments to a consistently exceptional standard within allocated treatment times
• Provide professional guidance on treatments suited to client needs
• Recommend and promote homecare products and tailored skincare prescriptions
• Provide seamless client care, escorting clients before and after treatments
• Work collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and wider team in a positive, proactive manner

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aesthetics
• Beauty Therapy qualification Level 3 or higher (or equivalent) - Level 4 qualification advantageous
• Excellent hands-on treatment capabilities
• Strong and broad aesthetic knowledge base
• Experience in multiple modalities advantageous (not essential):– Harmony Lasers– Endymed– Dermalux LED– Tixel
• Strong cosmeceutical product knowledge
• Genuine passion for skincare — treatments and products
• Ability to maintain complete discretion with a VIP clientele
• Impeccable presentation and professionalism
• Articulate with exemplary written and spoken technical English
• Computer literate, including full Microsoft Office Suite
