We are actively recruiting for qualified Electricians who hold experience in maintenance positions within commercial or critical environments. We are recruiting for a highly critical, data centre environment around the Longcross / Chertsey area in Surrey. As the Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and remedial / reactive maintenance duties across the data centre campus. This may include electrical fault finding, cabling, sockets, circuits, transformers, low voltage switching, high voltage switching, UPS systems, alongside electrical components and first line faults to HVAC equipment.

Employment Package Summary:

* Role: Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer

* Location: Static - Longcross / Chertsey, Surrey

* Hours: 4 on, 4 off - days and nights (07:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am)

* Salary: £48,000 - £51,000 + £1,500 bonus + £3,000 AP Allowance.

* Paid overtime available.

* NO call out rota additional to shifts.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer role, we expect you to meet the following requirements:

* Must be a qualified Electrician.

* Have up to date electrical regs to City and Guilds 18th edition.

* Experience within a maintenance based position within commercial environments if preferable but not essential.

* Experience within a maintenance based position within critical environments or with critical equipment if highly preferable but not essential. Critical equipment may include UPS systems, HV Switching, CRAC units etc.

* Able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
