Freight Forwarder – Leeds

Location: Leeds, UK

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee import and export shipments worldwide
• Plan and coordinate transport and logistics for smooth operations
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and carriers
• Provide excellent customer service and regular shipment updates
• Manage customs documentation, invoicing, and shipment tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK freight forwarding
• Knowledge of air, sea, or road freight operations
• Good understanding of customs clearance procedures
• Experience with freight systems such as Cargowise or Multifreight
• Strong communication and client service skills
