Role / responsibilities:

• Support the Account Executive team in managing a diverse portfolio of clients
• Assist with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day policy management
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain high service standards
• Learn the ins and outs of trade credit insurance with full training and mentorship

The Person:

• Background in commercial insurance (e.g. SME, property, liability, motor, etc.)
• A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Keen to develop in a specialist area with real growth prospects
• Experience with trade credit is a bonus – but not essential!
