Site Manager - Milton Keynes
ITS Recruitment Agency are looking for construction Site Manager for the start in Milton Keynes. You will be working for a national builder on a commercial build, making sure there's always a high end finish throughout. You must have experience in commercial builds to give that quality finish and making sure drawings are adhered to.
The role of a Site Manager:
- Taking control of ordering materials
- Making sure the contractors on site for Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Tilling, Plastering etc are working to the drawings and at the high spec as required
- The CM / PM will over see this with you due to the size of each plot
- Monday to Friday and Saturdays
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- SMSTS and 1st Aid cards are essential
- Transport is essential
- Other tickets will be beneficial.
