Multi Trade Carpenter

Location: Floor g, 37 Pembroke Road, W8 6PW

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 23.20 per hour

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Facilities and Environmental Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the maintenance and improvement of our facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform carpentry tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and fixtures.

Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Assist in the planning and execution of facility enhancement projects.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Document completed work and report on project progress to supervisors.

Person Specification

Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade roles.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction and maintenance work.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
