We are working with an amazing London Authority to find an experienced HR Systems Specialist with experience in managing multiple Workforce data sets
Taking the lead on complex MI issues, you'll collaborate with suppliers to bring about a speedy and satisfactory resolution. Whilst you wont have any direct reports, HR Systems & MI Officers will look to you for support across the full suite of technical and people data - and the complex data issues that can come with it. With you on board, the whole business can rely on timely MI and analysis supporting HR delivery.
You will have a significant track record of managing HRIS systems (iTrent is desirable)in a complex organisation.
This would suit a senior data analyst who can take data on the following and put into reports to be shared both internally and externally:
- Office for National Statistics Data
- Statutory Returns
- EDI Data
This is an interim role to start immediately for up to 3 months and we can offer this on a daily rate or a fixed term contract.
