Hays Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Driving Labourer to support a busy construction and logistics operation in Cheltenham. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is confident behind the wheel of a large box van.
Your new role

Goods In: Unload kitchen units from HGVs, check for damages or shortages, and stack items safely on pallets.
Goods Out: Prepare stock (kitchen units and carpentry components) for next-day delivery.
Driving & Delivery: Transport materials to various locations within Cheltenham using a large box van.
Housekeeping: Collect site waste, break down materials, and dispose of them into skips. Maintain cleanliness and order at the base location.What you'll need to succeed

Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Confidently operating a large box van.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.What you'll get in return
