Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hrs/week + optional overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate CNC turning machines to create precision components
Program or partially program machines when needed
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to improve output
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborate with the production team to meet output and quality targets
What We're Looking For:

Experienced CNC Turner / Setter / Programmer
Ability to set to tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Citizen sliding head machines or similar
Strong track record in precision manufacturing
Reliable, quality-driven, and a proactive problem-solver
To qualify for the higher salary band, you'll need to demonstrate strong hands-on experience and ability during the interview and assessment process.
