Locum Practice Nurse - Histon, Cambridge

A busy GP practice in Histon, Cambridgeshire serving approximately 13,000 patients is looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to provide short-term cover.

Duration: Initially 3-4 weeks
Start: ASAP

Due to a combination of staff sickness and annual leave, the practice requires an experienced Practice Nurse to support the clinical team.

Duties will include:

* Baby immunisations

* Routine vaccinations

* Cervical smears

* General Practice Nurse duties within a GP surgery setting

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive practice team on a temporary basis.

Requirements:

* Previous GP Practice Nurse experience

* Competent with baby immunisations, vaccinations, and cervical cytology

* Ability to work independently within a primary care setting
