Position: Permanent Early Careers Teacher
Location: Brent, London
Salary: £34,514 - £46,001 per annum (dependent on experience)
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

The Role: As a Permanent Early Careers Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal development of our students. You will inspire a love for learning, deliver engaging lessons, and create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment with the guidance of experienced mentors and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
* Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth
* Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance the learning experience
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required
