Senior HSEQ & Compliance Manager

Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum (DOE)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ & Compliance Manager to take ownership of Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, Information Security, and Facilities across multiple operational sites. This is a senior, hands-on position that combines strategic leadership with operational delivery in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

This role is ideal for an HSEQ professional who thrives on responsibility, enjoys influencing at senior level, and is passionate about driving a strong safety and compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Ensure full compliance with HSE, environmental legislation, and ISO standards
Oversee internal and external audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Manage risk, insurance, and facilities processes
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compliance, risk, and best practice
Drive engagement and promote a positive HSEQ culture across all sitesEssential Requirements

NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards)
NEBOSH General Certificate
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HSE / Compliance role
Proven experience managing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 27001
Strong experience leading audits, investigations, and compliance programmes
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between sitesAbout You
