This role would suit a dynamic, commercially-minded individual with a proven track record in engineering leadership. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience within fabrication or laser-cutting environments, and a passion for driving performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction in a high-growth setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions.
Manage a team of over 100 staff, overseeing recruitment, development, and performance.
Maintain outstanding customer service standards and ensure consistent service delivery.
Monitor budgets, analyse financial data, and meet profitability targets.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
