RMS are an onsite HR & Recruitment consultancy, we are looking to recruit a part time HR Advisor based onsite with our Automotive client in Halewood.
The role will involve all aspects of the HR life cycle, including; Disciplinaries, Grievances, Policies & Procedures, Site Investigations, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Time & Attendance Management, Coaching & Training, Employment Law, Recruitment & Selection and general administration.
This is a fast paced environment, dealing with both blue and white collar employees. The ideal candidate must have a positive can do attitude, be self-motivated, professional and approachable.
This role is a permanent vacancy with an immediate start, salary negotiable depending on experience. This is a part time role, however we are happy to consider a number of different shift patterns.
All applicants must have previous experience within an HR environment, ideally within an automotive or industrial sector and be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
Please note our client in Halewood operates a 24/7 shift pattern and we operate an out of hours phone service to meet customer demand.
This role will involve working individually onsite, however being part of a larger remote team.
