Salary: £23,920 - £25,000 per annum

Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for School Administrator. This is full time position, 40 hours per week.   Key Responsibilities:  
·Oversee the day-to day administration of the school (e.g. answering phones, photocopying).
·Book dates and times for staff appraisals, supervisions and observations.
·Assist in the organisation of school trips.
·Provide administrative support to staff and the School Advisory Board, overseeing the administration of the Governor Hub.
·Oversee the admissions procedures.
·Manage the induction process of new staff.
·Book training courses for all staff and ensure the training matrix is up to date.
·Ensure that staff files are up to date and in line with current data protection legislation.
·Ensure staff induction paperwork is completed thoroughly and in good time.
·Ensure that all new members of staff receive a contract and job description.
·Assist with the administration of recruitment including advertising, DBS checks and SCR.
·Support the SENCo in preparing for LAC, PEP, EHCP meetings.
·Oversee the annual census return.
·Provide advice and guidance to staff, pupils and parents on events that take place in the school.   Qualifications & Experience:  
·Experience of working with children/young people with SEND.
·Good numeracy/literacy skills.
·GCSE in English and Maths.
