Account Manager - 28,000K-38,000K
As an account manager you will have strategic input on their product portfolio as well as the commercial direction, so there are no limits to your career progression!
Redhill, Surrey. You must live a commutable distance from their office. Home working to be agreed on successful completion of your probation.
Account Director Responsibilities:
* Establish and nurture long term relationships
* Manage your sales funnel
* Ensure client needs and expectations are met.
* Ensure they deliver the right tailored solutions to clients with a close eye on profitability,
* Process development and conversion timeframes.
* You'll contribute to the continuous development of their client service and experience and be comfortable influencing at all levels.

Account Manager Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Previous experience with an IT Managed Service Provider or technology-based company
* Experience with CRM software
* Previous Account Management experience
* You will also hold a full UK driving license for the purposes of attending client meetings.
* Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
* Good understanding of SaaS and IaaS models
