Compliance Monitoring / Quality Control Analyst – up to £30,000 – Kings Hill (hybrid working) Do you have a highly analytical, methodical and solution oriented mindset? Do you strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction and the highest quality of service in your work? This is an excellent new opportunity for a self-motivated, attentive individual to join this well-established and successful Financial Brokerage based in their Kings Hill offices. This role will be supporting the company in ensuring outstanding quality and continuous improvement in client service provision by carrying out in depth analysis and monitoring of telephone calls and document records. You will be following their compliance framework in sampling cases, reviewing completed cases, sampling call and webchat records, documenting outcomes and assigning remedial actions etc. About you:In addition to being highly analytical and methodical, you will need prior experience in financial services, or financial compliance. If you have additional knowledge of Financial Quality Control and / or FCA Regulations this will be advantageous, however not essential as training will be given in all aspects of the role.You will be highly customer focused, dedicated to ensuring a high quality provision.
