Acting as the Finance lead for the site, providing insight and challenge to drive performance.

• Business partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Delivering accurate, timely management reporting and actionable analysis.
• Leading forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Identifying risks and opportunities—and helping turn them into results.

?? What We’re Looking For:

A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a complex operational environment.

• Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset—someone who enjoys solving problems and making things happen.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
