Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive accident repair business in the Weston-super-Mare area.
 
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
 
Benefits:

Starting salary up to £40,000 per annum, subject to experience and current earnings. 
20 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.

40-hour working week Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Duties:

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements:

Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Workshop Controller role are: 40-hour week Monday to Friday and no weekends!
The Salary being offered up to £40,000  with OTE £45,000.
