We are working through Reed to recruit a dedicated and nurturing Baby Room Practitioner for a well-established school in Cyprus. This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, ideal for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and education for babies.

As a Baby Room Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–2
• Support children’s development in line with the EYFS
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
• Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Support daily routines including feeding, sleep and personal care
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and welfare procedures at all times

To be considered, you must:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
• Have previous experience working within a baby room
• Have a strong understanding of the EYFS
• Be caring, reliable and committed to high standards of early years practice
• Be enthusiastic and open to working overseas
• Work well as part of a team and take initiative within the classroom
