A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Adviser Support / Trainee Paraplanner to join a highly respected and growing IFA firm. The Role

You will provide high-quality administrative and technical support to advisers and paraplanners, contributing directly to excellent client outcomes. Duties include:

• Preparing and producing illustrations
• Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs)
• Handling client contact, queries and updates
• Supporting fund research and report preparation
• Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping

This position offers broad exposure to the advice process and is a genuine stepping stone into paraplanning.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in IFA / financial services administration 
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Confident communication and client interaction skills
• A genuine interest in progressing toward paraplanning
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a cohesive team
