Hourly Rate: $14.00
Training 4 weeks: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
Post Training: Monday-Friday 12:30-9pm
Taking inbound calls from members that may have questions understanding their benefit coverage and options. Route appropriate calls to pharmacist. Able to help with prescription refills, order status and insurance coverage, Process prior authorization and eligibility before prescriotion ships
- 6 months experience in a call center, customer service environment
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
